Local Directions

From Dallas via 75 Central Expressway

Take 75 North to Virginia Parkway. Turn left. Take Virginia Parkway 5.5 miles west to Custer Road (FM 2478; look for the large McKinney water tower at the intersection). Turn left. Proceed South ½ mile and take the 2nd available right hand turn onto Cotton Ridge Road North. Our entrance is on your left.

From Dallas via the North Dallas Tollway

Option #1: Take the Tollway north to Highway 121. Turn right. Proceed north on Highway 121 to Custer Road. Turn left. Take Custer Road 5 miles north to Cotton Ridge Road North. Turn left. Our entrance is on your left.

Option #2: Take the Tollway north to Main Street Frisco (FM 720). Turn right. Proceed east to Custer Road (FM 2478; note Main Street becomes FM 3537). Turn left. Take Custer Road 3 miles north to Cotton Ridge Road North. Turn Left. Our entrance is on your left.

From Sherman

Take 75 south to University (Highway 380). Take University (Highway 380) 5.5 miles west to Custer Road (FM 2478). Turn left. Take Custer Road south 2 miles to Cotton Ridge Road North. Turn right. Our entrance is on your left.

From I-35E (Denton)

Take I-35E to Loop 288. Proceed East on Loop 288 to University (Highway 380). Proceed east on Highway 380 to Custer Road. Turn right. Take Custer Road south 2 miles to Cotton Ridge Road North. Turn right. Our entrance is on your left.

From I-35E (Lewisville/Carrollton)

Take I-35E to Highway 121. Proceed north on Highway 121 to Custer Road. Turn left. Take Custer Road 5 miles north to Cotton Ridge Road North. Turn left. Our entrance is on your left.
